We represent clients before the Supreme Court in concentrated constitutional review proceedings, extraordinary appeals, complaints, and other high-impact cases, acting as counsel or as amicus curiae, with particular emphasis on matters involving fundamental rights such as freedom of expression and of the press, free enterprise, fair competition, and issues of constitutional, administrative, and regulatory law.
We also act before State Courts of Justice in direct actions of unconstitutionality (State ADIs) and in constitutional challenges.
We represent clients before the Superior Court of Justice as parties or as amici curiae in the judgment of repetitive matters and other significant appeals, as well as in Incidents for the Resolution of Repetitive Demands (IRDR) and Incidents of Assumption of Jurisdiction (IAC) before State Courts and Federal Regional Courts across the country.
We represent clients in class actions, popular actions, administrative misconduct proceedings, individual and collective writs of mandamus, damages claims, annulment actions, expropriation proceedings, habeas data actions, among others.
